§ 2-25. Agenda.

The town clerk shall mail or present an agenda to each member of the council on the last working day of the week preceding all regular meetings. The agenda shall include all matters of unfinished business and any matter submitted to the clerk by the mayor prior to the mailing or presenting of the agenda to each member of the council.
